Overview

Ann-Katrin is a specialist lawyer for employment law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht). She advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law as well as the negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social plans.

Ann-Katrin has extensive experience in drafting and terminating employment and service contracts including litigation before courts throughout Germany.

  • A major international bank: advising on employment law in connection with a cross-border merger and prior restructuring of a German entity including staff reductions and negotiations with the works council.

  • Hg: advising on the sale of the Commify business to ECI Partners.
  • Reliance New Energy Solar Ltd (RNESL): advising on strategic investment in silicon wafer manufacturer NexWafe.
  • Schaeffler: advising on the acquisition of Ewellix Group from Triton.
  • Montagu Private Equity: advising on the sale of a minority interest in Universal Investment Group to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
  • Professional Service Firm: Comprehensive global advice on highly strategic transaction for a billion-dollar company.
  • Apax Partners: advising Vyaire Medical, a portfolio company of Apax funds, on the sale of its Consumables business to SunMed.

Professional experience

Ann-Katrin has been practicing law since 2017. She joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2021.

Education and qualifications

Ann-Katrin studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Bristol.

She speaks German and English.
