Overview
Johann specialises in debt capital markets products with a focus on asset based structured finance, including, in particular, project bonds, true sale and synthetic securitisation and other secured financing of various asset classes as well as derivatives. He also has experience in M&A transactions and in corporate law.

Education and qualifications
Johann studied Law at the University of Regensburg and at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, Portugal. He is admitted as a German lawyer. He completed his legal traineeship at the Koblenz Court of Appeal, at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and in Lagos, Portugal.
He speaks German, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian.
