Natalia is a Polish qualified lawyer (radca prawny) with 12 years of experience. She specialises in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions. 

Her professional experience includes advising on corporate and commercial matters, representing foreign companies in all issues related to business activity in Poland, commercial and international M&A transactions, foreign and domestic investments, as well as private equity and venture capital investments.

Work highlights

  • InfraVia Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of 50% of FiberForce, Play Group’s subsidiary, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players.
  • Farfetch: advising on the acquisition of Wannaby Inc., providing immersive augmented reality and virtual try-on technology for the luxury fashion industry.
  • Digital Colony: advising on its joint venture with Liberty Global, AtlasEdge, to establish a European edge data centre platform.
  • An undisclosed bidder: advising on the proposed acquisition of Apteki Gemini, a Warburg Pincus-backed Polish pharmacy chain.

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2021, Natalia worked at Eversheds Sutherland law firm.

Education and qualifications

Natalia studied law at the University of Warsaw and the University of the Basque Country.

She also completed postgraduate studies in new technologies at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She speaks Polish, English and basic Spanish.
