Overview

Pablo is a Junior Associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in Brussels.

Pablo advises in all areas of competition law, including merger control, antitrust compliance and behavioural issues, with a particular interest in vertical restrictions; as well as foreign investment. 

Pablo’s expertise further involves other aspects of general EU law, such as the law of the internal market and litigation at EU level.

Pablo speaks Spanish, English and French.

Professional experience

Pablo joined Linklaters as a trainee in March 2022 and has been associate since January 2023. Before, he was a summer intern in Uría Menéndez and then completed a traineeship in the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission.

Education and qualifications

Pablo holds a Law degree and a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Salamanca and a LL.M. in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges).
