Each chapter of the guide provides information about the current issues affecting employment and labour in each jurisdiction and addresses topics such as the termination of employment, protection against discrimination and harassment, post-termination restraints and compensation for claims. The guide also provides insight and opinion on the most common difficulties employers face and upcoming legal changes planned in each jurisdiction.
