Overview
Emelie's experience includes advising Swedish and international banks, major Nordic private equity investors, and large corporates in various large-scale international acquisitions, leverage finance transactions, real estate finance, and general banking lending. Emelie also works on financial regulatory issues, including the regulation of banks, funds and securities institutes.
Education and qualifications
Emelie holds an LL.M from Lund University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics. She has also spent time as an exchange student studying law at University of Edinburgh.
