Overview

Ja Hyeon is an associate in Linklaters’ Finance group. Ja Hyeon advises both foreign and domestic financial institutions on U.S. banking law, including legal requirements related to the Bank Holding Company Act and the Volcker Rule. Ja Hyeon has worked on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, fund formations, and loans and other financings.
