• Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners: advising on its SEK 9.2 bn as lead counsel on the acquisition of a 49% stake in the newly formed EduCo portfolio (social infrastructure portfolio for public education) from SBB, consisting of roughly 600 properties across the Nordics.
• EQT Real Estate: advising on their acquisition of two properties located in Eskilstuna (for the SVF platform). The properties comprise 7 089 sqm lettable area and includes warehouse facilities, industrial premises, and office spaces. The transaction was carried out as a share transfer of the shares in the properties holding companies.
