Juan is an Associate in our New York Office. He has experience advising clients from Latin America, and Argentina, Chile and Peru in particular, in corporate, finance and capital markets transactions.

Work highlights

  • Arcor S.A.I.C, Genneia S.A. and Mastellone Hermanos S.A. in connection with their liability management transactions, exchanging outstanding notes for newly issued notes and cash (2020-2023).
  • The Dealer Managers in connection with Aeropuertos Argentina 200 S.A., Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A. and Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch in connection with their liability management transactions (2020-2023).
  • Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (“ENAP”), in connection with: (i) its Rule 144A and Reg. S offering $500 million notes due 2033, (ii) the concurrent tender offer for ENAP’s notes due 2024 and the solicitation of consents, and (iii) the redemption of all outstanding 2024 Notes after giving effect to the tender offer.
  • BNP Paribas Securities Corp, BofA Securities, Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., as joint-bookrunning managers in connection with an offering of $900 million 5.125% Notes due 2033 by Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile (CODELCO).
  • The Initial Purchasers on Banco de Chile’s Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of US$500m 2.990% Fixed Rate Notes due 2031 under its MTN Program.
  • Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Banco Santander S.A., as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, and a syndicate of lenders, in connection with a $400 million Senior Unsecured Term Loan Facility to Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A
  • Banco do Brasil S.A. in connection with the issuance by Dollar Diversified Payment Rights Finance Company, of $400 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes and $150 million aggregate principal amount of Fixed Rate Notes.
