Overview

Sarah joined Linklaters in September 2012. Sarah’s experience comprises on the one hand regulatory work, notably in the field of cross-border service provision and cross-border marketing or financial instruments for many prime clients. Sarah provides regulatory advisory services to asset managers and service providers operating under the AIFMD and UCITS legal and regulatory regimes. The range of regulatory advisory services includes advice to clients on the authorisation and licensing of regulated entities and on effective compliance with ongoing requirements.

On the other hand, Sarah is very active in the field of set-up of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and assists the clients with restructurings of funds.

She was admitted to the bar of Paris in 2013 and bar of Luxembourg in 2014.

 

Education and qualifications

She studied law in 2005 and completed her Master’s degree in Law at the University of Nancy (France).

She was admitted to the bar of Paris in 2013 and bar of Luxembourg in 2014.

Sarah speaks French and English.
