Work highlights

• KKR Credit Advisors EMEA: advising on the sale of Tekfor Group, a German automotive supplier and a leading specialist for mission-critical high-performance components, modules and fasteners, to American Axle & Manufacturing.
• Vodafone: advising on the contribution of Vodafone's German fibre business to a joint venture with Altice Group.

• Société Générale: advising on the sale of a minority stake in SCHUFA Holding AG.
• PSP Investments: advising on the sale of a minority shareholding in CeramTec, a manufacturer and supplier of technical ceramics, together with co-investors to a consortium of private equity firms.
• Hatch: advising on the acquisition of the business of Küttner GmbH & Co. KG a German service provider for engineering, procurement and construction services in the metals, energy and infrastructure sectors.

• Macquarie: advising on the sale of a stake in transmission system operator Open Grid Europe (OGE).

Sascha joined Linklaters in 2022. Before joining Linklaters, Sascha was Associate in the legal department of Commerzbank AG. In this role, he provided in-house advice in the areas of corporate law, banking regulatory law, OTC derivatives and employment law.

Sascha studied German Law at the University of Frankfurt. He is admitted as a German lawyer. He completed his legal traineeship at the Wiesbaden District Court (Landgericht).
