Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included:

  • UniCredit Bank on the project financing of the Estinnes wind farm, the largest onshore wind farm in Belgium, for CGNEE Belgium Wind Energy Company S.A., a subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned enterprise China General Nuclear Power Corporation

  • UniCredit Bank in relation to the transfer of the corporate banking activities from UniCredit Luxembourg to UniCredit Bank by way of a cross-border merger

  • KfW on the DIP-financing of the Air Berlin Group

  • A syndicate of 12 commercial banks on the amendment and restatement of a US$4.5bn revolving credit facility with a US$ and € swingline facility and a separate €3bn revolving credit facility with extension and term out options, each made available to Roche Holding Ltd, a Basel-based pharmaceutical group

  • Tank & Rast on the €1.45bn senior secured credit facilities and associated hedging transactions in connection with the complete refinancing of its existing senior and junior credit facilities
