Overview

Vincent is a Managing Associate in the Capital Markets practice of Linklaters in Paris, specialising in derivatives and structured products. Before joining the firm, he worked for four years in the Strategic Equity Transactions team of a leading investment bank and, before that, in the Structured Finance and Capital Markets department of a “magic circle” law firm for nearly six years.

Vincent has extensive experience advising on the structuring and documentation of derivatives, repos and securities lending transactions over all asset classes. He has a strong expertise in strategic equity derivatives (for instance, in the context of equity financings, non-dilutive convertible bonds or public M&A, stake management, share buy-back and leveraged employee share ownership plan transactions). He has also worked on numerous structured products (structured notes, certificates and warrants).

Education and qualifications

Vincent holds a Master in Banking and Financial Law and a Master in Business Law from University Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
