Overview

Zoë is an Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation, internal investigations, government enforcement actions, white collar defense, and cryptocurrency and digital asset regulation.

Zoë has a strong commitment to pro bono service where she focuses on reproductive and gender justice, and unconstitutional policing practices. She forged Linklaters’ pro bono partnership with the Brooklyn Defender Services’ Family Defense Unit. 

Work highlights

  • Sovereign nation: representing foreign country in jurisdictional and breach of contract dispute
  • Financial institution: advising defense in a CEA class action arising from allegations of manipulation of foreign exchange markets
  • Composecure: advising on U.S. federal and state law regulatory issues relating to the launch of Arculus cold storage hardware wallet for cryptocurrencies
  • Medical device company: defending against a False Claims Act qui tam action
  • DOJ FCA and FIRREA lawsuit: represent pool of twenty former employees of defendant company serving as third-party witnesses in DOJ discovery 
  • Pharmaceutical executive: advising on SEC and DOJ investigations related to alleged securities fraud
  • European pharmaceutical company: advising on an action brought under the Defend Trade Secrets Act and the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act
  • Pro bono representation in discriminatory policing case seeking to safeguard the constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and searches, and ensure citizens are able to file complaints regarding officer misconduct with local law enforcement agencies

Professional experience

Zoë was a member of NYU’s Reproductive Justice and Family Defense Clinics, and Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Zoë was a Fran Kandel Public Interest Fellow for Gender Equity at the ACLU of Southern California.

Education and qualifications

Zoë holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, where she majored in Linguistics and minored in Film and Media Studies. 

Zoë speaks English and French fluently.
