Linklaters advises Peninsula Capital on its acquisition of a stake in Zadig & Voltaire

Linklaters LLP advised Peninsula Capital in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in Zadig & Voltaire (a French fashion brand in the luxury ready-to-wear market). Thierry Gillier, founder of Zadig & Voltaire, will remain the majority shareholder, while TA Associates, will be exiting its investment. Zadig & Voltaire operates around 400 boutiques and shop-in-shops in more than 30 markets worldwide, generating retail sales in excess of 350 million euros.
