Linklaters further strengthens Amsterdam tax practice

Linklaters is adding to its tax capability in Amsterdam with the hire of Dick Hofland as a partner.

Dick Hofland, who joins from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and was previously also a partner at Freshfields and Loyens & Volkmaars, is an experienced practitioner specializing in domestic and international tax law, focusing on high end transactions and tax planning in M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, banking and securities, asset finance, structured finance and investment funds. Dick Hofland is ranked Tier 1 in Chambers.

With Dick Hofland joining the firm, Linklaters’ Amsterdam practice will further enhance its capability to advise both domestic and international clients on, among other aspects, cross-border investments, M&A and capital market transactions.

Dick Hofland will join Linklaters on 15 October 2014.
