Linklaters strengthens its Warsaw dispute resolution practice

Tomasz Manicki has joined Linklaters’ dispute resolution practice, to be based in the firm’s Warsaw office. He is a well-known expert in the field of white collar crime, civil and criminal law procedure, asset tracing and recovery, governmental investigations, AML, internal audits intended to verify alleged irregularities, compliance and regulatory issues.

During his many years of experience Mr Manicki has provided consultancy to and represented corporate clients in cases requiring protection of their interests using instruments of criminal and administrative law. He has advised in cases involving both national and international authorities and courts, including matters involving FCPA and U.S./E.U. sanctions violations.

He joins Linklaters as Of Counsel from White & Case to be responsible for the continued development of the law firm’s competence in the area of white collar crime.
