Małgorzata Szwaj acknowledged by the Global Competition Review’s GCR 100 in the highest “Elite” designation
We are pleased to say that Małgorzata Szwaj, head of Warsaw Competition practice, has been recognised by the Global Competition Review’s GCR 100 in the “Elite” category for Poland, the review’s highest designation.
GCR 100 is a listing compiled by Global Competition Magazine. This year’s 17th edition lists world’s top antitrust and competition practices in particular jurisdictions. Firms are grouped into three categories: “elite”, “highly recommended” and “recommended”. The GCR 100 entries are based on the information gathered through country surveys with the country’s leading competition practitioners and top enforcement officials.
GCR regularly conducts country’s surveys to provide the coverage of the competition laws and practices worldwide. Małgorzata Szwaj and Linklaters Warsaw Competition practice were included in latest GCR issue which reviews Poland’s competition bar. The latest issue also included Małgorzata’s expert remarks on the concept of introducing professional whistleblowers in Poland.
