Dimitra Panomitrou is a Managing Associate in the corporate practice in Luxembourg. She has gained professional experience in leading financial services companies and law firms in London, Athens and Luxembourg. Since joining Linklaters Luxembourg in June 2022, she has worked on high value and complex transactions in the industrials, pharmaceutical packaging, data centers, digital payments and consumer healthcare sectors, including continuation fund structures and private placements. She advises alternative asset managers, infrastructure funds, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
Dimitra holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I) and the Athens Bar. Dimitra speaks Greek, English and French.
