Overview

Adriana is an associate in the U.S. tax practice. She regularly advises clients on tax matters in various cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financings, debt and equity offerings, and derivatives and other financial products. She also works with a number of private equity clients on fund formations and structuring, as well as limited partner investors in private equity funds.

  • Marfrig Global Foods on the US$969m acquisition of 51% of National Beef Packing Company and on the US$2.4bn sale of Keystone Foods to Tyson
  • ASSA ABLOY on the acquisition of August Home, Inc. and KEYper Systems
  • various funds under management by KKR, including the most recent generation of its European flagship fund
  • a major Asian sovereign wealth fund on a variety of substantial and sponsor investor commitments to U.S. and European private equity and infrastructure funds and on establishing managed accounts with several U.S. and European investment managers

Adriana is a member of the New York State Bar Association. 

 

Previously, she was a tax accountant working on cross-border planning and tax compliance matters.

Education and qualifications

Adriana studied accounting at the Case Western Reserve University and holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she also edited the International Law Journal.

 

Adriana is a certified public accountant in New York and Ohio.
