Andrew advises lead managers and issuers on, and devises new structures for, complex capital markets transactions (debt, equity and mixed debt/equity), including senior and subordinated standalone bond issues and Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) and Euro Commercial Paper (ECP) programme establishments and updates, as well as on debt restructurings and liability management exercises.

Before joining Linklaters, Andrew worked as legal counsel for Estudio Carvallo, Santiago, Chile, and, aside from his time in Moscow, he spent two years on secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong office from 1999 to 2001.
