Anne advises clients on German and European employment law. She has assisted on a number of cross-border employment projects, including business transfers and restructurings. She further has experience in day-to-day HR support, including drafting of employment-related contracts and remuneration schemes (including the Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions - Institutsvergütungsverordnung). Anne represents clients in labour courts.

Recent matters include advising: Plexus, Putnam, Rio Tinto and Bank J. Safra Sarasin on their day-to-day employment matters.
