Overview

Antoine is a managing associate in capital markets based in Paris who advises major corporates and financial institutions on complex international capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, liability management transactions and equity linked issuances.

He has a recognised expertise on regulatory capital transactions in the banks’ sector and regularly advises on high profile and “first of a kind” transactions in this sector.

  • the underwriters on several additional tier 1 transactions for Crédit Agricole, La Banque Postale and Promontoria MMB and Société Générale.
  • Legrand and Eramet on their inaugural sustainability-linked bonds issuances.
  • the underwriters on several convertible bonds issues by Accor, Worldine and on the initial public offering of Exclusive Networks.
  • Genfit on several capital increases, convertible bonds and Nasdaq’s initial public offering.
  • Bel on its consent solicitation in the context of the sale of, inter alia, Leerdamer brand to Lactalis.
  • HSBC SFH (France) on its consent solicitation in the context of the transfer HSBC Continental Europe retail business and HSBC SFH (France) to CCF (formerly Banque des Caraïbes).
  • Several financial institutions and issuers in respect of EMTN and USMTN drawdowns, updates and establishment.

Professional experience

Before joining Linklaters in 2016, Antoine has worked several years as an in-house capital markets legal counsel at a French investment bank.

Education and qualifications

Antoine is member of the Paris Bar, holds a master’s degree in international business law and qualified in an advanced master’s degree at Essec Business School.
