Caroline has proven expertise in advising major private equity firms in the structuring and implementation of complex transactions. This includes M&A transactions, co-investments, domestic and cross border mergers, group restructurings and liquidations.
Caroline also advised clients on the structuring and setting up of Alternative Investment Funds (in particular, SICAR, RAIFs, and limited partnerships) and their carried vehicles.
Caroline joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2010, having previously gained professional experience with Linklaters’ Paris office, and became a Managing Associate in 2015.
She is a member of the Paris Bar.
