Overview

Christophe is an associate in the dispute resolution practice based in the Brussels office. He specialises in domestic and cross-border litigation and national and international arbitration, including (extra-)contractual disputes, product liability and criminal disputes (white-collar crime).

Christophe advises clients in the banking, insurance, building and construction and pharmaceutical sectors. He represents clients before Belgian courts and acts as a counsel in arbitration.

 

Professional experience

Christophe is a member of the Personal Rights and Property Rights research group at the University of Antwerp, in light of which he publishes frequently.

He taught a practical course on Tort Law for two years at the University of Antwerp.

Education and qualifications

Christophe completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law at the University of Antwerp. He completed a one semester Erasmus programme at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
