Clara is an antitrust partner in our Hong Kong office, advising multinational companies on Asian competition law issues, and Asian companies on global antitrust issues.  Her experience of close to 15 years spans the United States and Europe, both in private practice and as an enforcer. She has significant experience in multijurisdictional merger filings, anti-competitive agreements, dominant firm analysis, distribution network structuring and compliance. She has a broad array of industry knowledge, including in the pharmaceutical, financial services, retail, energy/natural resources and IT sectors.

Clara and the competition team have authored the first textbook on Hong Kong competition law, titled “A Practical Guide to the Hong Kong Competition Ordinance”, which was published in June 2016.
