Elodie is active as a Luxembourg investment funds lawyer for over 5 years and joined Linklaters’ Investment Funds practice in August 2013.

Elodie has gained extensive experience through advising major international asset managers on the structuring of a number of complex Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) as well as Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). She also specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers as well as the structuring of Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (RAIF). Elodie also has a profound understanding of the laws and regulations impacting the investment funds sector (including UCITS Directive and the AIFMD), and crucial current developments such as PRIIPs and SFTR. 

Elodie recently undertook the setting-up of a complex Master-Feeder structure in the form of RAIFs, including the issue of both equity and US Law governed High Yield Bonds. She also has a wide experience in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional projects across various practice areas.

Elodie is a member of several working groups of the Luxembourg fund industry association (“ALFI”), including on PRIIPs and MiFID.

Elodie holds an LLM from the Amsterdam University and further holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University Lyon III. She has been registered with the Luxembourg Bar since 2013.
