Emmanuel joined Linklaters’ investment funds team in Luxembourg in September 2006. He is specialised in the setting up and restructuring of open-and closed-ended alternative investment funds (e.g. property funds, private equity funds and infrastructure funds).
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2008.
Recently, Emmanuel has acted for and advised, among others:
- Andbank Asset Management Luxembourg SA on the EUR 125m with the setting-up of their first real estate investment fund
- BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Services on the EUR 1bn structuring of their first semi open-ended real estate investment fund in Luxembourg, Next Estate Income Fund III S.C.S., SICAV-SIF
- AXA Real Estate Investment Managers with the structuring of their first open-ended real estate investment fund in Luxembourg, AXA CoRE Europe Fund S.C.S., SICAV-SIF, a specialised investment fund under the form of a common limited partnership
- Barings Core Fund S.C.S., SICAV-SIF, an open-ended real estate fund investing in pan-European properties established as a Luxembourg common limited partnership under SIF Law
