Overview

Work highlights
Recent transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included, advising:
 
  • Reden Solar on the corporate reorganisation and limited recourse refinancing of its portfolio of solar plants in operation in France (with a total capacity of 78MWp), one of the largest solar assets refinancing to date in the French market
  • Temasek, the Singaporean investment company, in connection with its acquisition of a minority interest in the investment management company/asset manager, Tikehau Group
  • Société Générale (acting through Lyxor Asset Management) on the sale of its 49% stake in Fortune, its investment management joint venture with Baosteel in the PRC and Hong Kong
  • Cegid in the €580m tender offer by funds advised by Silver Lake and Alta One

Education and qualifications

Guillaume received two Masters’ degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, one in Corporate and Financial Law and one in Business and Administration. He also holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School as well as a Certificate in Business and Law from the Wharton Business School.

He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
