Overview
Hadrien joined Linklaters Luxembourg’s Tax practice in 2016 after having previously gained professional experience in tax departments of leading Luxembourg and French law firms.
He focuses on advising major private equity funds, real estate funds and financial institutions on tax aspects of investment structuring, mainly dealing with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and international tax planning.
Work highlights
Recently, Hadrien has acted for and advised, among others:
- Antin Infrastructure Partners Fund IV in relation to the acquisition of Miya group, a world leading operator in water distribution and efficiency projects from Bridgepoint. We are now advising in the context of a post-closing restructuring.
- Antin Infrastructure Partners Fund IV in relation to the acquisition of Hippocrates Holding S.p.A., which is the leading Italian independent pharmacy platform with a network of over 120 pharmacies across northern and central Italy.
- Various funds managed by Cerberus to set-up 7 Luxembourg investment platforms under the form of Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs).
Education and qualifications
Hadrien holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University Pierre Mendès France as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law – Tax oriented / DJCE from the University of Strasbourg.
Hadrien speaks French and English.
