Overview

Hélène-Oriane Jeandot is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate practice of Linklaters in Paris. She focuses on real estate, with experience in advisory and complex transactional real estate work (asset and corporate/M&A real estate deals) including pan-European deals, for both French and international clients composed notably of real estate funds. Her experience includes real estate acquisitions, disposal, leases, construction projects, Hoguet law, dispute and settlement aspects.

Hélène-Oriane also has a particular focus on environmental law.

Hélène-Oriane joined the firm in 2012, became associate in 2013 and managing associate in 2019.
 
She also speaks at seminars for students of the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines regarding real estate and environmental laws imbrication.

Education and qualifications

Hélène-Oriane studied private and corporate law at University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. She holds  two master’s degree in contract law (Master 2) from University Paris 11 Paris-Sud (Sceaux) and also in private environmental law (Master 2) from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. She also obtained an LLM degree in business law from Northwerstern university (Chicago).
 
She is registered at the Paris bar association since 2013.
 
She speaks French and English.
