Jordan Cooper

Jordan is a Managing Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency team in London, with experience advising stakeholders across various restructuring and insolvency matters. 

During his career, Jordan has gained experience acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors and corporate debtors in complex multi-jurisdictional insolvencies, restructurings, and contingency planning, spanning various sectors including financial services, energy, retail and real estate. 

Jordan has also spent time on secondment working alongside the in-house legal team of a large corporate.

• The joint administrators of Bulb Energy Ltd: advising in relation to the insolvency of the UK’s seventh largest energy supplier.
• Global Brands Group: advising secured lenders in the multi-jurisdictional wind-down of Global Brands Group.
• Haya Real Estate: advising in relation to a scheme of arrangement.
• Intu Properties: advising the joint administrators of Intu Properties plc on the insolvency of the Intu group of companies.
