Education and qualifications


Judit advises banks and corporates on finance transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance and restructuring deals. She has particular expertise in project finance and has in-depth knowledge of the media, wind energy and transport sectors.

Judit was seconded for six months to Nord/LB in 2010, equipping her with insight into the bank’s priorities and processes.

Work highlights

Judit has advised on a number of significant financing deals. These include acting for:

  • INTERNOS Spezialfondsgesellschaft, as fund manager, on the financing of the sale of a property portfolio with properties located in Germany, Italy and France and sale of the units in the Euro Logistik 1 fund to Ares Management
  • RWE Innogy and Northland Power on the financing of the Nordsee One offshore wind farm and RWE Innogy on the sale of an 85% equity share in the Nordsee One project company
  • UniCredit Bank in relation to the transfer of the corporate banking activities from UniCredit Luxembourg to UniCredit Bank by way of a cross-border merger
  • Several consortiums bidding to build and operate the German A1, A4, A5, A8, A9 and A94 motorways 
  • FUNKE MEDIENGRUPPE on the financing of the takeover of Axel Springer publications and the refinancing of the loans

Judit is also involved in assisting VITA, a charity that helps disadvantaged children by pairing them up with trained assistant dogs.

Education and qualifications

Judit studied law at the University of Trier, including an exchange year with the University of East London, and obtained a master’s in law with a focus on European commercial law from the University of Saarbrücken.

She speaks German, English and Hungarian.
