Overview

Magdalena is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat) with 10+ years of experience specialising in corporate and commercial law. She focuses on advising on domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and reorganisations. She also provides general corporate and commercial support to clients from across a range of business sectors.

Work highlights

  • InfraVia Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of 50% of Polski Światłowód Otwarty, a subsidiary of the Play Group, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players.
  • Celsa Huta Ostrowiec sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the global CELSA Group: advising on the acquisition of shares in a steel industry company, Stal-Service sp. z o.o., active in the sale and processing of steel products.
  • Niam AB, a Swedish private equity company: advising on the sale of shares in Silesia Business Park A sp. z o.o. and Silesia Business Park B sp. z o.o., owners of an office building compound in Katowice, to a Philippine investor.
  • Proservice Finteco: advising the portfolio company of Oaktree, a leading global private equity sponsor, on the acquisition of a transfer agent business from one of the leading banks in Poland.
  • SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice: advising on the acquisition of the Polish juice producer Appol Group from its Polish shareholders, marking SDIC’s first investment in the Polish FMCG sector.
  • Flokk Holding AS: advising the Triton portfolio company which manufactures office furniture on the acquisition of Profim, one of the leading manufacturers of office chairs in Poland and Eastern Europe.
