  • Reden Solar as sponsor on the EUR 270m corporate reorganisation and limited recourse refinancing (loan and bonds) of its portfolio of solar plants in operation in France (with a total capacity of 78MWp), one of the largest solar assets refinancing to date in the French market
  • CGG on its USD 1,118,101,732 largest restructuring of a French listed company since Eurotunnel
  • Blackstone, co-founders and top managers on the EUR 1,680bn sale of 100% of the Alliance Automotive group (leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the independent aftermarket in France, Germany and the UK)
  • AnaCap Financial Partners LLP on the acquisition of Barclays Bank plc, French branch
  • Apollo Management International LLP on the EUR 2.945bn acquisition of Verallia, one of the leading manufacturers of glass bottles and jars in the world
  • AXA Private Equity and its senior management in connection with the spin-out of AXA Private Equity, now ARDIAN, from the AXA Group completed on 30 September 2013

Nadine holds a Business and Tax Law, Postgraduate Degree from University of Cergy-Pontoise (DJCE).

Nadine holds an LLM International Business Law from University of Exeter.
