Olivier joined Linklaters LLP Luxembourg in 2004, became a Managing Associate in 2010 and was recently promoted to Counsel.

IP / TMT -  Data Protection
Olivier heads the Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice of the Luxembourg office and has acquired over the years, a wealth of experience with key players, in both financial and e-commerce sectors, advising them on all aspects of intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications, e-commerce, e-payments solutions and data protection law.

Leveraging on the strength of Linklaters global Network, Olivier is able to provide international clients with pragmatic advice on relevant laws and regulation in multiple jurisdictions.

Litigation
With his strong background in general law and commercial litigation, he also handles a number of challenging litigation matters in relation to the financial sector, regulatory compliance and environmental laws and has acquired real estate expertise with a number of transactional deals and real estate related litigation matters.

Real Estate
Olivier has significant Real Estate expertise acquired in asset and share real estate deals, a majority of which related to office buildings.
His fields of activity also include assisting both acquirers and vendors in Real Estate assets with data room, due diligence, negotiation and contract drafting tasks regarding the purchase or sale of assets, but also the review, negotiation and drafting of related lease agreements regarding office, archive, parking and commercial space.
