Overview

Sasha advises major international and Russian clients on their capital markets transactions, privatisations and bank regulatory capital transactions.

In her capital markets practice, Sasha’s experience includes advising on international and domestic equity public offerings, including depository receipts issues, as well as eurobound issues and convertible bond transactions in Russia and internationally.

Equity and privatisations

 

  • the global coordinators and bookrunners on an IPO of ordinary shares in Detsky Mir by its major shareholders, Sistema and the Russia-China Investment Fund
  • the joint bookrunners on the RUB103bn secondary public offering of ordinary shares of VTB Bank
  • on the RUB22.8bn privatisation sale of a 100% stake in SG-Trans
  • the managers on the US$250m secondary market sale of ordinary shares in PhosAgro, a Russian chemical holding company
  • the dealer in a tender offer by Mobile TeleSystems, acting through its affiliate Stream Digital, for MTS’s outstanding common stock traded on the Moscow and New York Stock Exchanges

Regulatory capital and Eurobonds

 

  • the managers on the US$700m notes issued by CBOM Finance on a limited recourse basis to finance a subordinated loan to Credit Bank of Moscow

  • the managers and a trustee on the US$500m notes issued by PhosAgro Bond Funding to finance a loan to PhosAgro

Professional experience

Sasha is a member of the Moscow Exchange's committee on primary equity markets.

Education and qualifications

Sasha studied law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
