Blockchain: Regulation and the Law will be held Sofitel St. James, London on Tuesday 5 February 2019. This inaugural event is designed for senior in-house lawyers and senior executives to discuss the future of law and regulation for distributed ledger technologies across business, finance and industry.

Billed as ‘where innovation and expertise meet’, the event sets out to generate awareness of the legal disruption coming from developments in blockchain technology.

What we’ll be doing

As part of this event, Julian Cunningham-Day, Partner and Co-head of Linklaters’ global Fintech team, will be chairing the panel discussion on ‘Data protection, privacy and transparency’, welcoming Jags Rao, Director, Distributed Ledger Technology of Swiss Re and Andrew Speers, Director, Product and Innovation at Natwest UK.
