The great impact of Covid-19 on any commercial relations is undisputable. This also applies to relations with consumers. Some new legislative measures have been introduced which are aimed at ensuring that the Covid-19 outbreak is not used to exploit consumers, usually considered as a weaker party to agreements with companies. Besides that, there still are some usual companies’ obligations in relation to consumers which do not alter during the Covid-19 outbreak even though their fulfilment may be more difficult.
