We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming introductory training sessions on OTC derivatives. This training will be of interest to those who work in a business that enters into derivatives and want an introduction to, or refresher on, how OTC derivatives are documented and the related regulatory requirements and market developments.

The training (via webinar) will be broken up into a number of sessions over two days which will provide you with the building blocks to feel confident when documenting derivatives and an overview of the related regulatory requirements, under EU and UK law, and market developments. The focus of the sessions will be to give practical advice and to hear from lawyers working in this area on a daily basis.

On the evening of the second day, we will hold a networking session in London for you to meet fellow attendees and lawyers from Linklaters' derivatives department.
