Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT)
Supporting clients across sectors and borders
Our global telecoms, media and technology (TMT) group is dynamic and forward-thinking. Our priority is to provide commercial, practical and innovative support to our clients.
In this increasingly interconnected, dynamic and demanding world, we understand the nuances of our clients’ evolving business models. As technological innovation permeates across industries, our global, multi-disciplinary sector teams work closely to support clients across a broad spectrum of cross-sector technology trends such as financial technology (FinTech) and digital health. Our advisers are not merely legal experts – they also know and comprehend our clients’ specific business and market conditions.
Multi-national telecoms, media and technology companies, banks and private equity houses rely on our global TMT sector team to provide specialist advice integrated across a range of legal disciplines. We pride ourselves on our ability to successfully bridge the gap between providing technology specialist advice and the global full-service offering, and we often find ourselves as the go-to firm when clients are broaching difficult and sizeable issues affecting their business. Regularly being on all sides of the table means that we are better able to understand and, more importantly, to anticipate issues and problems that may arise during the course of a project and to find constructive solutions to them. Complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and those with significant regulatory challenges are a particular strength for our TMT team.
Explore your options
To stay ahead, you need advice based on depth of experience, sound commercial judgment and multi-disciplinary expertise. Your legal advisers must have global reach and deep local market knowledge, not only in those markets where you are today, but also in those where you want to be tomorrow. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss ways in which we may be able to support your business ambitions.
