We also assist clients to handle both internal and regulatory investigations, including those under the UK Bribery Act or the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

International Development & Governance
We work with private enterprises, foundations and non-governmental organizations to achieve scalability and engage in partnerships to further their ambitions. Specifically we advise on governance models, and how to address challenges relating to regulatory and normative regimes.
We advise clients on the potential impacts of sanctions on their business activities, including reviewing sanctions compliance systems and providing recommendations on legal compliance and best practice.
