Overview

Aurélie joined Linklaters in 2019 as part of the Brussels employment practice.

She advises clients on a broad range of employment law related matters, such as termination of individual employment contracts, employee representative bodies, self-employed v employee status, transfer of undertakings, employee litigation etc.
In light of the Covid-19 crisis, Aurélie has developed a particular expertise in health and safety obligations of employers and flexible working arrangements.

Professional experience

Aurélie joined Linklaters in 2019. From 2018 to 2019 she worked as an academic assistant at the University of Ghent. 

Aurélie is affiliated to the University of Ghent as of 2019.

Education and qualifications

Aurélie holds a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Criminological Sciences from the University of Ghent.
