Experience
Emma specialises in Belgian and European legal advice in relation to a wide variety of technology, media & telecom matters as well as in the field of intellectual property rights. Her expertise ranges from the drafting and negotiation of IT (outsourcing) contracts to advising on various data protection and privacy related issues, in particular GDPR implementation and international data transfers.
Emma also has significant experience advising clients in relation to e-commerce, general commercial law, market practices and consumer law and has a particular focus on pharma and regulatory matters.
She advises both on transactions and litigation proceedings of significance in relation to IT, data protection and IP.
