The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available. The updates include (i) approval by Chamber Commission of the draft law containing financial law provisions, (ii) advice of Council of State of the proposal screening foreign investments, (iii) submission of draft law implementing a vigilance duty on undertakings operating in Belgium, (iv) approval in first reading by Chamber Commission of draft law containing provisions on the prevention of fraud and (v) approval by Council of Ministers of draft Royal Decree extending state guarantee regime to SMEs.
