Satindar Dogra appointed Head of London Dispute Resolution
Litigation partner Satindar Dogra has been appointed Linklaters Head of Dispute Resolution (DR) for London.
Satindar is the co-head of Linklaters’ Risk, Regulation and Governance Operational Intelligence Group. He has been with the firm for 20 years and specialises in cross-border fraud litigation, investigatory work relating to fraud, anti-bribery and corruption and advising companies on corporate safeguards and compliance procedures.
Commenting on Satindar’s appointment, Michael Bennett, Linklaters Global Head of Dispute Resolution, said:
“Satindar has an outstanding track record in working with our clients to manage risk, protecting their businesses and reputations by helping them navigate a multitude of issues and crises, many threatening their whole franchise. I am confident his appointment will help us promote our client offering further and help enhance our reputation for excellence in complex, high in value, cross-practice and multijurisdictional cases. I and the other partners globally look forward to working with him to ensure the practice goes from strength to strength.”
Satindar’s appointment follows Linklaters’ recent investment to grow the firm’s global dispute resolution practice, specifically through the election to partner of Rory Conway in London and Kirstin Schwedt in Munich, both appointments effective as of 1 May this year.
