Arnaud de La Cotardière, new Managing Partner of Linklaters in Paris
Linklaters is delighted to announce the nomination of Arnaud de La Cotardière, Litigation & Arbitration partner, as NMP (National Managing Partner) for a three-year mandate
Arnaud de La Cotardière, who has already held this position from 2005 to 2010, succeeds Paul Lignières.
As a National Managing Partner, he will be responsible for managing the strategy of the Paris office, consisting of more than 300 people including 170 lawyers and 30 partners. Arnaud de La Cotardière will be committed to maintaining the leading position of Linklaters recognised by its clients and the key players of the French economy.
Recognised for his determination, Arnaud is one of the most renowned litigators in Paris in corporate finance, stock market litigation, market abuse and commercial litigation. He regularly pleads before both the French jurisdictions and the AMF (French stock exchange authorities). He also acts, whether as counsel or as arbitrator, on arbitral proceedings.
