Linklaters Warsaw moves to Q22
Linklaters’ Warsaw office is moving to three of the uppermost floors of the prestigious Q22 tower, the largest commercial property in the heart of the City.
The new office space comprises an area of over 3,000 sq. m, with a high end design that emphasises simplicity and functionality whilst offering sweeping views of Warsaw. The unique character of the space is further emphasised by a collection of recent modern art, reflecting Linklaters values. It comprises formally distinctive and contemporary artworks of young Polish sculptors, graphic designers and photographers, such as Wojtek Pustoła, Dorota Buczkowska and Michał Smandek.
“The move to the new office is a natural response to a growing demand for a larger, more modern office space that will benefit both our clients and employees. I look forward to creating a welcoming and comfortable working environment that emphasises teamwork”, said Artur Kulawski, Managing Partner of Linklaters,Warsaw.
The design team included architects Epstein and Pringle Brandon, with Warsaw’s renowned design studio Mood Works playing a leading role. Linklaters was represented by JLL Polska and Trebbi Polska in its search and in negotiating the terms of the lease, with Trebbi Polska also coordinating the whole fit-out as Project Manager.

The development incorporates the highest standards in sustainability, including energy-efficient lighting, elevators, waste water disposal and ventilation systems. The building features solar panels as a renewable energy solution, while the quadruple-glazed façade offers exceptional insulation. “The new office captures the spirit and character of the work we do, which is based on sharing knowledge, offering our clients creative solutions to support their growth and tackling the challenges they face. It is a reflection of all of those values”, said Małgorzata Szwaj, Partner.
