Working with clients to design and implement effective anti-bribery and corruption programmes capable of operating across their business taking into account differing legal, cultural and commercial norms. We also assist clients to handle both internal and regulatory investigations, including those under the UK Bribery Act or the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
