Dorothee has specialised expertise in private and public M&A. She advises on domestic and international M&A transactions, including mergers, equity and asset sales, auctions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures. Additionally, she has expertise in corporate law.

  • Apax: advising on the sale of Unilabs, a leading pan-European provider of laboratory and imaging diagnostics services, to A.P. Moller.
  • McKesson: advising on the sale of its European businesses in Germany to WBA, in the UK to Aurelius, in Continental Europe to Phoenix and an MBO in Austria.
    • the agreement of a joint venture with the US pharmaceutical service provider Walgreens Boots Alliance.
  • Deloitte: advising on the establishment and expansion of a European joint venture within the Deloitte network as well as on partnership structures and professional law.
  • ams: advising on the completion of the takeover offer to the shareholders of OSRAM Licht AG and the subsequent integration through a control and profit and loss transfer agreement.

Professional experience

Dorothee has been working as a lawyer since 2015 in an international law firm. She joined Linklaters as an associate in 2018 and was appointed managing associate in 2021.

Education and qualifications

Dorothee studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, where she later also completed her doctorate in stock corporation law.

She speaks German and English.
